Plastic bag production materials:

  PP material: Material is hard, but the transparency is relatively high, clearer, and the pulling force is not very good! Explosive mouth! PO material: The material body is more brittle, the transparency is not high enough, and it is more Mongolian than the PE material. It is a little white. Rally is not very good.
  OPP material: the material is the most brittle, the highest transparency, tension is not enough, but the most explosive mouth. And printing is most easily discolored.
  PVC material: The material is soft and hard. It can be customized according to the needs of the guests. The transparency can also be required. Because of the ultra-transparent material, the ordinary material and the sanded material, the tensile force is good, and it is not easy to tear. It is not easy to burst, because the two layers of material are machined together.

Production process and costs:

  First, new plastic bags are made from new materials, which are more expensive. One of them is used for food packaging. The raw materials are also different from ordinary plastic bags.

  The second is to mix 70 to 80 percent of new raw materials and 23 to 30 percent of old materials to reduce the cost by half. For example, plastic bags used in supermarkets are carefully identified and can be found with particles and black spots on them. Very large, considering the cost, it is impossible to completely make plastic bags with new materials, so add some recycled materials."
